My DVD Library now online!

Justin and I upgraded the T and J servers from the same AMD 233Mhz box with 48 whopping meg of RAM to a 1.8Ghz P4 blade with 3GB of RAM. Thanks, Penn State Salvage Auction! And all for $50, too.

One of the upsides to this is having a modern OS with all the tools we know and love. I've put my DVD Library online.

I created this library based on the Delicious Library program, along with some Perl export code and a PHP front end.

Delicious Library is a really neat product for OS X. It allows you to "scan" the UPC (bar code) on your DVD with an iSight or other webcam, and it looks it up on Amazon, and creates an entry in your database. I currently have 694 DVDs in my collection (of course, the collection is split with Todd!)
