Added an RSS Feed

Alrighty... Since we now have two dogs, I actually have time to get stuff done! I've been wanting to add an RSS feed to the site for awhile, and I modified my "News" script to also provide an RSS feed.

What is an RSS feed?, you may ask. An RSS feed is a page on a website that your browser can automatically check for updated "news headlines". In other words, it's the web version of the news ticker on CNN. The main benefit to RSS is that your browser can compile a list of updates to all your favorite sites, and you can look at them when you feel like it, rather than constantly visiting the site itself.

If you use a browser that supports RSS, such as Mozilla Firefox, Apple's Safari, or Internet Explorer 7, you can subscribe to the RSS feed. Instructions for subscribing are:
